The Platform provides technological infrastructure that allows users to:

Users acknowledge that Platform use is at their own risk.
KURBUO facilitates administrative and technological coordination between international patients and independent healthcare professionals by providing:
Preliminary virtual medical orientation
Access to administratively verified professional profiles
Scheduling of virtual or in-person medical appointments
Logistical coordination of treatments or procedures.
Administrative payment processing
Access to educational health-related content
Virtual medical orientation provided through the Platform is informational and preliminary in nature and does not constitute a definitive medical diagnosis, treatment, or telemedicine service
The physician-patient relationship is established exclusively between the User/Patient and theselected Healthcare Professional
KURBUO implements reasonable administrative, physical, and technological safeguards to protect Users’ personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
The Platform processes only administrative information necessary for service operation, including:
Identification data
Contact information
Billing information
Scheduling and service coordination data
Data Protection
KURBUO does not create, store, manage, or maintain medical records or detailed clinical information. All clinical data is the exclusive responsibility of the Healthcare Professional providing the service.
