Note on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel without penalty within 5 business days following the contracting, provided that the service has not yet been performed.

3Special Cases and Exceptions

Force Majeure (Unforeseen situations)

If you were unable to attend due to an emergency (health, death of an immediate family member, or accidents), you can avoid the penalty by following these steps:

Deadline

You must send the request within 12 hours following the event.

Supporting documents

You must attach medical certificates, death certificates, or police reports.

Outcome

You could receive an 80% refund or a rescheduling at no cost.

Appointment Delays

Payment Reversal (Art. 51 Consumer Statute)

You can request a payment reversal if:

  • There was fraud or an unauthorized transaction.
  • The service was not provided or was different from what was requested.

Requirement:

Submit a formal complaint to KURBUO and your bank within 5 business days.
