• - Medical and hospital procedures: specific policies of each healthcare center apply, visible at the time of booking.
• - Travel services (KURBUO Experience): depend on airlines, hotels, and associated providers.
• - In cases of verified medical emergencies, the support team will seek the best solution for the patient.

Refunds are managed from the patient's account under the "Request refund" option or directly with the KURBUO support team.
