Refund and cancellation policies

We understand that medical plans can change. Therefore:

• - Virtual consultations can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
• - Medical procedures and travel services have specific cancellation conditions that are shown at the time of booking and in our cancellation policies.
• - In case of a verified emergency, the support team will evaluate the best solution for the patient.

To request a refund, the patient must log into their profile and click on "Request refund", or contact the support team.
