Good service..cozy rooms for love

I have staid at this motel a few times over the years and this last visit was by far the worst. The bed was broken, some of the blinds were broken, the cable did not work, and the bathroom door would not close. I know this is not a "fancy hotel" and I stay here because of the location right on the beach and the relative quiet compared to a lot of places. That being said, they are charging a good amout of money for these rooms, and certain standards should be met. There was NO staff available, had to call someone to check in, where I was charged more than the website stated and a "key deposit" which I never recieved back because when I called to check out was just asked to leave the key. The best thing I can say is that the room was clean. Maybe because it is "off season" the place was off. But, won't be returning any time soon.

We arrived for a one night stay july 3rd, Pool was clean, room was definitley dated but well kept and very clean . I am so sorry to forget the nsme of the lovely lady at the front desk, marlene i hope was amazing full of pride for how well they keep thier motel and good conversation as well. Ths place is noting fancy but it is old school bring your own groceries and keep your room door open kind of place, nd it is literally on the beach. I ill return as often as i can. LOVING IT.
